Water Bill Errors

We want to notify everyone that we have become aware there was a bit of a hiccup in the system when we ran water bills.

Rates changed as of January 1st, 2020, and while the correct rates were billed out in the charges section on the right side of the bill, with the correct total due, the minimum rates listed on the left side of the bill did not change on everyone’s to the new rates. So it is essentially showing some people two different rates, but the rate actually billed out is the correct one at the new minimums. Sorry for any confusion. We do know the cause of this and it won’t happen on future billings.
