2025 is a Revaluation year for all properties. Property owners will receive an assessment notice in the mail. If you have no concerns with your property value, there is no action needed. If you would like to question your assessment, please call the Melfort SAMA office at 306-752-6142, or stop by the Town office to file an appeal.
