Customers are reminded that they are responsible for paying any balances owed to the Town of Naicam by the due date, regardless of any disruption to postal service. In the event that the postal strike affects our region you will not be able to send or receive any documents via mail. This includes bills, statements, and other correspondence.
Customers can receive up-to date- billing information by calling the Municipal office at 306-874-2280. Your can also request an electronic copy of your bill or come down to the office to obtain your paper copy. Please keep in mind that we can only provide account information to the persons listed on the account. We may need to ask you some identification verification questions when you cal/email in to protect your privacy. Please have ready your name as it appears on your bill/statement, civic address/legal land description, account or customer number, and telephone number.
There are a number of options to pay a bill:
- Online, via telephone or mobile banking through the CIBC and Affinity Credit Union
- In person at the Municipal Office via cash, cheque or debit
- Send a cheque through a Courier or Parcel Service
Town of Naicam water customers are reminded that they can have accounts set up for pre-authorized payments. Click Pre-authporized Debit Form – Fillable you can fill out and either fax, email or bring into the office.
DO NOT mail or courier cash or leave cash in the Town’s after hours drop box.
